          The 17th annual International UFO Congress was held the week of Feb. 23-March 1 in Laughlin, Nev. There were 50 speakers during the eight days and more than 500 participants. I talked on The ET Presence: Mirrors of Consciousness? Also, for five nights I served as leader for the group of UFO experiencers, as well as host for the “open microphone” session, when interested persons spoke before the entire conference about their ET/paranormal encounters.
          The topics of speakers ranged from technical to mystical, from historical to current cases, from remote viewing to remote sensing, from individual to group sightings, from civilian to military reports, from public to “insider” information about covert projects, including a Ph.D. biologist who provided information about telepathic communication with an EBE (extraterrestrial biological entity) who is a “guest” of the USA in an underground facility in Area 51, Nevada.
          I met many old friends, as well as many persons who are writing and speaking of their experiences (e.g., Ann Andrews, whose family has been harassed by unknown UK agents because of the public comments by her son, Jason, about his encounters).
          The “War in Heaven,” according to some observers, is being played out between many groups on Earth! Maybe, someday, we’ll know.
Almost half of the speakers came from other nations (Canada, Mexico, UK, Turkey, et al), and many movies were reviewed by a panel of judges for awards in various categories and topics.
          The congress is well organized and conducted with good will for all (well... there were a few caustic comments among individuals who represent various groups).
          Many persons spoke about their awareness that TIME seems to be accelerating, and Humanity is experiencing a “shift in consciousness” (2012?).
          May we all share more.
