ELEMENT 115 a/k/a ALIEN FUEL

b Lazar is widely recognized as an Area 51 whistle blower who has revealed that extraterrestrials and our government are working together on secret bases. Thirty yearsago, Lazar claimedto have worked asan engineer near Area 51 at a location known as S-4.
In 1989 Lazar claimed that Element 115, a yet undiscovered element on the periodic table, powered the anti-matter engines on UFOs.
In 2003, a team of Russian and American scientists working jointly for the Institute of Nuclear Research (located in a small town called Dubna, near Moscow) were the first to synthesize the element now known as Moscovium. Moscovium has 115 protons at an atom’s nucleus and is a “super heavy” element due to this high atomic number.
But the story of Element 115 gets even weirder when Lazar reported that the FBI had raided his home and business. His followers theorized that the FBI were attempting to recover samples of Element 115 that Lazar says he took from Area 51.
The incident was revealed in Jeremy Corbell’s documentary “Bob Lazar: Area 51 and Flying Saucers,” in which it was stated that Lazar did have a stabilized version of Element 115 in his possession at one time. He did tests on it and filmed the element bending light due to its high gravitational characteristics. Several witnesses, including investigative reporter George Knapp, observed the tests. Lazar said he was able to acquire some of the element when it was being machined at Area 51.
Lazar also says that by bombarding Element 115 with protons, scientists have created Element 116, called Livermorium. When this substance decays, it produces antimatter which can be used for propulsion. Lazar says further research with Element 115 shows that this exotic matter could be used to create traversable portals throughout the universe. Lazar says both these elements are metamaterials, which are materials now made naturally on Earth.
When Lazar was asked about the Tic-Tac UFOs, he said they appear to have a gravitational distortion which helps to explain how they can move so incredibly fast.
Over the years, people have questioned the credibility of Bob Lazar, but there are others who will attest to his honesty. George Knapp stated that he had spoken with former employees who worked with Lazar and they did indeed verify that he was a physicist at Area 51.

TESLA'S OBSESSION WITH NUMBERS 3, 6 & 9
Nikola Tesla was one of the most intelligent men to walk the face of this planet. He was a genius, and many of the things we take for granted today were invented by him, such as alternating current (also known as AC).
But Tesla also had his obsessions and what some might call ritualistic behavior. Tesla said: “If people only knew the magnificence of the numbers 3, 6 and 9, then you would have a key to the universe.”
What exactly he meant by this statement remains a mystery.
For example, he would walk around a block three times before he went inside a building. It is said that he also washed his dishes with 18 napkins because it is divisible by 3, 6 and 9.
A scientist by the name of Marko Rodin thought that Tesla’s belief in the three numbers represented a “flux field vector,” or a pathway from the third to the fourth dimension.
Tesla’s mind reolved around the number 3 and he would speak of the so-called trifecta of “energy, frequency, and vibration.” Tesla was convinced that these three principles held the secrets of the universe.

NOCTURNAL VISIT BY ETs NOT CLASSIFIED

ANTIGRAVITY VEHICLE PROTOTYPE IS SHOWN ON NAVAL AIR WEAPONS STATION CHINA LAKE IN A 2006 TEST FLIGHT NEAR ITS DESIGN LAB, MICHELSON LABORATORY, Ridgecrest, Calif.
China Lake Base is 120 miles west of Area 51 in Nevada, and this enormous sprawling desert base has been called “the Navy’s Area 51.”
From 1966-1967, Dr. Boylan lived and worked near China Lake Base’s Main Gate. Engineer friends at the Navy Lab once showed him some ultra-advanced technology on a far base range. ([ET consultants have been helping at China Lake Base since well before 1966, but because those Altair Aquila ETs look just like Humans, Dr. Boylan can’t say for sure whether he saw any Altairians at China Lake or not. Of course, the presence of ETs at China Lake NAWS was, and is, highly classified, and no employee working there would mention it.)
Decades ago Ralph, a reporter at San Francsico Bay Area progressive Pacifica radio station KPFA-FM, and friend of Dr. Boylan, once told Dr. Boylan that he was warned by intelligence agents that “he (Ralph) would be taken off the air, and his life was in danger,” if Ralph ever repeated a broadcast interview he had just done with an air traffic controller who worked at China Lake’s Armitage Field Navy airport, and whose job included guiding in UFOs descending from space to receive permission to land at China Lake Base (presumably to let off ET scientific consultants)! Ralph nervously gave me a copy of his interview for safe keeping in case Ralph suddenly “disappeared.”
What is not classified is what Dr. Boylan just learned this February 1 (2023), during a night-time visit by three ETs, and which filled in a two-hour Missing Time memory blank Dr. Boylan had experienced during a 1967 field trip to the far back reaches of China Lake Naval Air Weapons Station.
The first of the Feb. 1 Visitors this year was a Tall Zeta whom the NSA had dubbed ‘EBE-3’ in 1964, (and whose interrogation was filmed at S-4 Laboratory (Area 51) and appears on Dr. Boylan’s website as ‘Announcement #3’ at the top.)
The other two Star Visitors were (1) Kolta, a Short Zeta and friend of whistleblower Dr. Michael Wolf, former National Security Consultant on extraterrestrial matters; and (2) Anon Sa Ra, an Altairian prince and Star Nations consultant on loan to the White House National Security Council from the Star Nations Alliance. This Feb. 1, '23 briefing by the three was a reiteration of what they showed Dr. Boylan in 1967 at China Lake Naval Air Station.
TALL ZETA EBE-3 showed Dr. Boylan that the peril of a nuclear WW III is now heightened, and it would be a top priority of his job as Councillor of Earth to help prevent outbreak of such a War.
Short-Zeta Kolta communicated to Dr. Boylan telepathically his linkage to Dr. Michael Wolf, reiterated the looming threat of WW III, and the role of The Cabal in pulling the strings to destabilize the political order towards warfare.
Altairian Anon Sa Ra telepathed that he will be in the near future Dr. Boylan’s liaison and link to key persons in government to help Dr. Boylan warn them of, and thus help thwart, the Cabal’s plan to foment WW III.
