For many of you on Earth right now, your physical bodies are vibrating very near the fourth density vibratory rate. Or perhaps it would be more correct to say they are moving in and out of fourth density. There are moments during sleep when your bodies move entirely into 4D, but must return to a "lower" vibration upon waking, in order to function in the current world vibration.
The times when you feel very unfocused on your living plane and have difficulty manipulating physical materials, retaining lines of thought or memory, or feel off balanced, is when you have moved very close to 4D.
The shift away from awareness of the self is a 4D characteristic. This creates some problems, because it causes an inattention to some material plane 3D circumstances. The dropping of things or knocking over of things or getting entangled in things is an indication of this change in focus. Many incidents that you refer to as "senior moments" are not, in fact, a sign of deterioration but rather acceleration. The whole set of circumstances can feel as though something is "wrong." This judgment throws you back to 3D vibrations, where you are comfortable with a reality you recognize.
You will eventually learn new ways of manipulating material reality that do not require the acute consciousness of self. The shift away from "self-consciousness" is part of the evolving perception of the self as part of the whole. The edges of your individuality begin to blur.
At first this is disconcerting, particularly in a dualistic world, when you begin to blur edges with some dark energies. These may impinge on your reality and make you uncomfortable.
Eventually, you will learn to be part of the whole and still hold your own center. This is a trial and error growth, the same as a child learns to crawl, then walk. It is a natural process in your total development as a species.
There are "exercises" you can do to strengthen your 4D characteristics. First, you need to understand that living in a 4D reality involves much less physical participation. By that we mean the "lighter" density requires much less physical effort to cause an effect. 4D is "thought force" as opposed to 3D’s "brute force."
It is the coordination of thought with action that is in a different ratio in 4D than in 3D. In 3D you think, "pick up the glass" and your body has learned the skills of physical reality and reaches out and performs the action. In 4D you think "pick up the glass" and the thought is not directed to your body to take action, but to the glass to affect it with your thought in order to raise it.
This is where you may be having coordination problems due to your current state of transition. You are operating at a higher vibratory rate and you think, "pick up the glass" and the thought energy goes to the glass instead of sending a clear signal to your body. Then you have an accident.
You can help yourself to adjust to this dual density experience by consciously moving slower, with clear intent, and practicing coordination. Remember when you were first learning to live in 3D reality, your parents said, "Be careful. Watch what you are doing."
There are exercises you can practice to learn to operate in 4D, by directing your thoughts to create a physical phenomenon. You might begin with a pendulum, preferably one with a crystal on the end. Place it so it hangs freely and you can sit comfortably and look at it. Direct your thought energy to make the pendulum swing back and forth or in a circle. Visualize what you want it to do and then allow the energy of the thought to flow to the pendulum. This can be directed through your hands, eyes or mind (third eye).
Be careful not to engage the physical body. There’s a natural impulse for the physical body to tense up and try to help or to somehow force the pendulum to move. This will only impede the thought flow. Relax and allow the thought energy to move the pendulum.
Some of you have tried this type of "thought and effect," by dissolving clouds. However, now you are truly on the brink of using these skills in a practical way as part of your ordinary life.
Another 4D practice is to consciously move out of the acute self-awareness you currently hold. While you are moving among other people, at work or shopping (not while you are driving a car), release your self focus and allow your awareness to spread out to take in the humanity around you.
It almost feels like your body is invisible and that you are primarily a vehicle of consciousness. This is the state in which you can start bumping into things, so be careful. With practice you can hold the expanded consciousness and move deftly through your 3D world.
A clue is to move slowly at first. Your body is not operating on the same auto pilot that functions in 3D. Many of your movements and gestures are programmed into the brain based on 3D characteristics. Your automated reactions can be short-circuited by expanding to a 4D operational level.
When taken to the ultimate 4D level, you would be so at one, vibrationally, with your surroundings, instead of bumping into objects, the part of you that might bump, like an elbow, would mesh with the object (or person) and pass right through it. This will occur further on in your development. However, occasional spontaneous occurrences of this can happen to prepare you. It will seem like something unbelievable happened. Don’t cast it off as a delusion -- it’s the next step in your real world.
Another 4D characteristic you can practice is telepathy. Shock or trauma often open doors that allow easy telepathic communication, as when one who is dying appears to one they wish to contact and the contactee perceives the image or the message. The shock or trauma temporarily alters the consciousness. It takes you "out of yourself." *
You may practice telepathy with those with whom you feel aligned. Use a meditative state with which you are familiar. If you analyze it, this state feels "shocky," like you are sort of numb and detached. This is your 3D evaluation of the sensation.
Do not attempt to influence or impel another person to do anything. This is impinging on their free will. Simply send an idea or a greeting and wait to see if you get a response.
Your current explosion of electronic communications is preparing you for open telepathic communication. The ease with which you can contact anyone around the world on the Internet and the ubiquitous cell phones that keep you in touch with others, no matter where you are, are breaking down the illusions of your isolated consciousness.
Full telepathy for a planetary species cannot be realized until a greater degree of unity and understanding of the oneness of all is in place. Without this, the individual would be too vulnerable to the potentially destructive aspects of polarized consciousness. But you are beginning to sense, through your electronic technology, your place in a much larger "neighborhood" than you previously experienced.
The astral bodies of many on Earth have already moved into fourth and fifth density. These vibrational signatures will slowly move on to the physical level. This includes all life forms and the planet itself, not just the human species. You have a great deal of change ahead of you. Change can be disturbing and disruptive, but we trust you will get through it with ease and grace. Many are assisting you.
* The 9/11 trauma was multidimensional of course; however, one of those levels involved what was essentially a major initiation for many of you, made possible by the shock effect it produced.
