                We extend our sympathy to Jack and Waneta Ames of Delta, Colo., whose son, Dan Ames, made his transition in Texas on Feb. 4, 2008 at the age of 55. Jack and Waneta have been longtime subscribers and close friends to Ethan and me.
                On Feb. 19, 2008, a dear friend of ours, Lucille McNames, also known as Sari, would have turned 100 years old. Just recently I learned that Lucille made her transition almost a year ago, on April 21, 2007, at her home in Cedaredge, Colo.
                Born in 1908 in Fostoria, Ohio, Lucille moved to Hollywood at age 9 and was married to the movie star, James Murray, for two years. She dated Johnny Weissmuller (the original Tarzan) and appeared in many movies. At 19, she won the title “Most Perfect Body” and was considered a “leg girl” and a “starlet,” known for her dancing talent.
                As Sari, Lucille wrote and published her book, Startling Revelations, which sold more than 3,000 copies. She was a talented psychic, surprisingly accurate, and is remembered by those of us who were her close friends as being clever, witty and at times “a little naughty.”
