Q: Dear Commander,
      First, thank you for responding to my last question. Let me say that I follow with great interest your interviews and correspondence on “Commander’s Star Base.” You seem to have an unlimited knowledge. You are also a great soul with much loving and sensibility. I want to know approximately how many people on Earth, on the physical dimension, are not born on Earth? I think that the Pleiadians and Andromedans look like us and that some are living with us. Is this true? Is there a way to know that a person is not from Earth? Are these people willing to talk about it?
      Another question: It seems that the people who are abducted have agreed before being born to help the Grays to create a new race. Is this true? Do the abductions happen on the physical level or are the people brought on another dimension? Why won’t the abductors do it another way so that it would not be so terrifying to the abducted people?
      Would the extraterrestrials declare themselves openly to the population if asked by many people? If yes, how do we tell them? How many people is enough?

A: Dear Jean-Philippe,
      First of all, the Andromedans only slightly resemble humans of Earth while Pleiadians are humans from a more advanced star system that seeded Earth with their human cousins. Most people on Earth were born on Earth, though their souls aren’t from Earth but from other worlds. Most ETs living on Earth have to wear a disguise while here, for humans who are from Earth would react in fear and hatred toward them. People who aren’t from Earth resemble humans, to blend in while observing and collecting data for their assignments.
      An ET’s energies are different. Having a higher frequency is a way to know if someone is not of Earth. Pleiadians on Earth are taller than humans of Earth and have a very high energy, plus most ETs on Earth have difficulty adjusting to the culture here, if they weren’t mind controlled by the Earth culture, to be dumbed down, etc.
      Most of these ETs aren’t even aware that they are from another planet, due to the veils that cover their eyes and minds, blocking out their memories of their true home world existence. Most probably wouldn’t talk openly about it, due to ridicule or labeling as mentally ill or crazy. Abductions occur on a physical level as well as in other dimensional ways.
      Most abductions are by human military and other covert groups, to make humans afraid of the Grays.
      Many reptoid groups shape-shift to appear as Grays, to abduct people. This is to make people hate the Grays, who in reality are the watchers and guardians over Earth.
      Yes, people have agreed to help my people long before they came to Earth, and yes, that is true about a future hybrid species being created to replace the current species on Earth, in the event of a global disaster. The nations of Earth and their governments must do many things before ETs will announce their presence on Earth. They must stop wars, end hunger, and stop oppressing others. They must learn to live in unconditional love with each other and solve their differences through understanding instead of violence. They must learn to love their planet and cherish all of its life instead of destroying their world’s resources.
      Most of all, they should unlearn their conditioning about ETs and other species, and about the crafts, and open their minds that these things are reality and not an illusion or hallucination that they were all spoon fed to accept as the norm. ETs have been awaiting the consciousness of Earth people to evolve, and when they feel they have, they will attempt an open contact with people of Earth.
