The Star Beacon turns 25 years old in April 2012. For the last two and a half decades I have put out a Star Beacon issue every month. Some of you have been with me for a long time — some even from the very beginning. It is with deep gratitude and love of Truth that I intend to continue publishing this newsletter on subjects often ignored — if not ridiculed — by the mainstream press.
         Since 1987 The Star Beacon has been a “labor of love” for me, and the readers have been dear to me throughout the years. I have learned a lot from editing and publishing the Beacon and feel it has been my “mission” in this exciting lifetime.
         In recent months a few of you have voiced your concern that I might be losing interest or getting ready to quit publishing. Nothing could be further from the truth. I am still very much committed to providing this information to all who will receive it and are hungry for knowledge not easily found elsewhere. Many of you are like me and have marched to the beat of a different drummer.
         We are the lightworkers — the ones who are here now on Planet Earth to help bring in the changes that have been foretold since humankind’s infancy. Although nobody seems to really know exactly what to expect in the future, we do feel the quickening — the excitement of a better world in which we may interact with our brothers and sisters of the galaxy.
         For a long time we have hoped that our expectations were right and that we will move into a higher vibration of living — the Golden Age.
         Just as I am entering my golden years as I turn 60 in 2012, Earth is entering her golden era, and she — from what I have heard and read — wants as many of us to go with her as possible. Who in their right mind would want to be left behind in a world of torment, dysfunction and suffering when we can live in peace with love as the priority? Imagine a world where compassion and cooperation among people everywhere overrides war, greed, austerity and pain!
         Starting on the first of February 2012, The Star Beacon will be published six times a year instead of monthly, and its pages will increase from the current 16 to 24. You will receive your issue again in April, June, August, October and December. This will give me the opportunity to include more articles and columns instead of having to hold off on timely subjects that didn’t get to run because of space limitations. It will also increase the potential for advertising, which will hopefully boost the ability to stay in print another 25 years.
         Because the messages we bring are important right now and need to reach as many people as possible, I am seeking ways to get The Star Beacon distributed in a wider fashion. I often encounter people who have just discovered the Beacon and wonder where they can find it to buy it.
         If you know of health food stores, metaphysical bookstores or coffee shops where you think the proprietors might want to carry copies of the Beacon (and they get to keep half the cover price), would you mind going in and talking to the owner and perhaps show them one or two of your newsletters? Then, if they are interested, please get their number or address and I will be happy to correspond with them. (I would also gratefully reward you with an additional month on your subscription for going to the trouble.)
