Dear Commander,I hope you are doing well, I am a black man (African American) and have always been troubled by the treatment of my people throughout the history of America. I would like to know why didn’t the ETs rescue my people from the cruelty of white people long ago and where did black people originate from? Respectfully, Victor
A:
Dear Victor,
The African or Negroid peoples originated from Sirius B and from the Orion
Nebula, and they were created on Earth by these species from those sectors, plus
the Niburuan Councils, who were of the dark humanoid and reptilian hybrid mixes,
as a test species when Earth was a laboratory. Earth was a testing ground. The
ET scientists involved monitored and didn’t intervene in any of the different
species’ development as they wanted to see what the outcome would be and not
influence or interfere with their test species.

Hi, Commander,
I have more questions:
1) Your planet is approx. 20 light-years from Earth. How did your craft reach
our planet? It travels at light speed? If so, you needed 20 years to arrive
here? What kind of technology does your race use to travel? Does your race use a
vortex or a kind of stargate that allows your ship to travel? Like Black Holes?

A:
Dear Wagner,
First of all, in your time it would take that long to travel. Actually, my
planet is 30 light-years away and not 20, and we use a stargate and wormhole and
reverse your restraints that you know as time. We are able to make that trip in
a few of your Earth months.
Q:
2) Your race can travel through time? Does your race have a time travel
machine?
A:
My species uses time machines. There is a type of wormhole linked to a super
wormhole.
Q:
3) Does your race have any religion? Do you believe in Jesus? I do believe in
Him very much! What is your opinion about who Jesus was, the man who changed our
world forever with his love acts?
A:
Religion was brought to Earth by Pleiadians and other species. Jesus was a
hybrid of a human and Pleiadian mix. All universes stretch out forever and have
no end. All universes were created by energy and a spark of light that gave rise
to all life and all consciousness to its being.
Q:
4) Do you believe that our Universe has an end or it is infinite? Or do we
live in Multiverses? What do the scientists of your planet think about the
origin of the Universe? Did God create this? Or did it create itself without any
divine influence?
A:
The essence you call God is a collective of scientists from many species and
planets who were the geneticists of diversity who did biogenetics to create
lifeforms on laboratory worlds such as Earth. Earth is actually a test tube
planet.
Q:
5) Does your race communicate by telepathy (using brain frequencies)? If so,
can you talk to me telepathically despite the distance of our countries?
A:
My species talks by telepathy, but unless you vibrate at the same frequency of
cycles per second and you are open and very much unprogrammed and not skeptical,
the telepathy cannot reach you. Your mind’s barriers aren’t in tune to receive
any communication with any species.
Q:
6) Why did your craft crash in Roswell? Because of some kind of failure on
your computer on board? Or did the US government launch a missile to hit your
vessel? Where are the rest of the crew of your spacecraft now? Died and living
spiritually?
A:
My ship went down due to a radar testing system combined with a lightning storm
and failure to monitor the craft’s on-board shields which would have protected
and prevented this accident.
Q:
7) Do you believe in a Spiritual world as Kardec preached? What is your opinion about Chico Xavier, our great Brazilian spiritual leader?A: I believe most of what these two evolved spiritual leaders say. They need to help others to embrace the planet as a troubled living entity and to help teach the people to heal the earth and each other by showing tolerance and acceptance, and work together as one for the betterment of all Earth’s problems.
