        Q: People in underground bases are able to monitor and detect people above ground who have ET implants in them. How do those working in covert watch the person's life unfold and take place? In what ways can they do that? Do they watch on some type of monitor screen? Is it all the time, 24 hours 7 days a week, or just whenever they feel like watching the person?

        A: Implants have a tracking number or code within them that reveals your body functions, comings and goings, and in a minute can transmit images to a computer system that tracks your location via computer banks. In underground facilities the information is stored in files (paper plus on disks).

         Q: Why are there underwater bases? What do humans do down there? There are underground bases so that seems like that would be enough. Do they do the same things in underwater bases as they do in underground bases?

        A: Underground bases are used for many things, mostly clandestine things and secret programs, plus other things as people do live in these bases and many are located under the deserts in the Western USA. They also run from coast to coast.

        Q: In your current life you were created via a hybrid program. In your past life as a Gray insectoid commander, how were you created? Who or what created you?

        A: I was created via a Petri dish, through artificial insemination.

        Q: How old were you in your past life as an extraterrestrial commander before you moved on to your next life?

        A: About 300.

        Q: What is the lifespan of most Reptilians? What happens to the bad ones when their life comes to an end? Do they incarnate into something else?

        A: It depends upon the species as to life spans. Most are very long-lived, though some species that are war like and hunters have a shorter life span than normal aggressive species. When they die, they go back to Source and reincarnate in a cycle all over, until they have learned lessons as live are cumulative. Each incarnation builds upon a prior existence.
